Hi, I’m Alia Khan Abedelal, a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and attorney. I’ve been practicing law since 2007, and over the years, nothing has felt more meaningful to me than helping people through bankruptcy.

People come to me when they’ve tried everything: debt settlement, debt consolidation, minimum payments, juggling bills, picking which account to keep current, and they still can’t get ahead. Bankruptcy is different. It can create a clear path forward in a matter of months, and once the process is complete, clients can finally move toward real financial freedom.

My mission is simple: take the fear out of debt and bankruptcy. I’ve worked with married couples raising kids, single parents, hardworking people with “normal” jobs who still can’t breathe financially, homeowners who feel house rich but savings poor, disabled individuals, unemployed people, seniors living on fixed incomes, and military members.
